The Guangdong base, also known as SEEGEM Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned new brand of Aoshikang focusing on high-end PCB intelligent manufacturing. With a total investment of no less than 3.5 billion RMB, the project is located in Dinghu District, Zhaoqing, covering about 400 acres. The base aims to create a world-class, environmentally friendly, intelligent, and innovative science park. It features industrial facilities that are intelligent, large-scale, and intensive, with multiple high-end printed circuit board intelligent production lines. The main products include high-end automotive electronic circuits, any-layer interconnect HDI, 5G communication, big data, and cloud storage circuit boards, making it Aoshikang's largest high-end intelligent industrial base.

The Guangdong base focuses on automotive electronics and ICT fields, aiming to be a global leader in PCB solutions and a preferred strategic partner in the high-end information industry. It strives to be a world-class PCB design and R&D powerhouse, leading industry development. The construction of the Guangdong base is mainly to better formulate a global industrial strategic layout, serve global customers, and meet the high-end product development needs of Aoshikang and the market.

The Aoshikang Hunan Base, located in the Changchun Economic Development Zone in Ziyang District, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, began operations in 2010. It currently houses two large-scale intelligent PCB manufacturing plants. The Hunan Base has successfully passed international and industry standards certifications such as ISO9001:2008, ISO14000, CQC, TS16949, SA8000, and more. Its products are widely used in communication networks, high-end consumer electronics, automotive, computing, industrial control, medical, and other fields, serving numerous Fortune 500 companies and internationally renowned enterprises.

With "Innovation, Standardization, and Technology" as its guiding principles, the Hunan Base delves deep into fundamental technology research and cultivate an atmosphere of innovation, forming the backbone of Aoshikang's innovative development. Successfully mass-produced large-size PCB products like "25x37" and "25x43" have revolutionized industry standards of "21x26" and "24x28", breaking the industry's long-standing speed bottleneck and significantly increasing production speed. Advanced technologies such as high-precision impedance control, precise solder mask alignment, reliable surface treatment, TCT and CAF control back-drilling technology, and large layout process technology were developed here.

The Hunan Base, with its philosophy of steady accumulation and progressive advancement, has earned numerous accolades including the National Enterprise Technology Center, National Technical Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, China Patent Excellence Award, National High-Tech Enterprise, the Second Prize of Hunan Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and the title of Provincial “Full-Size High-Efficiency PCB Engineering Technology Research Center”.
 

SUNDELL Technology Co., Ltd., established on February 14, 2023, is located in the Lokgana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Conveniently situated within an hour's drive from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports, this site is Aoshikang's newly established intelligent PCB production base.

This marks a significant step in Aoshikang's strategy of production diversification and global layout. SUNDELL Technology will better serve global customers and represents Aoshikang's first foray into creating an overseas manufacturing platform, laying a solid foundation for serving a diverse overseas market.

SUNDELL Technology occupies approximately 200 acres, with an additional 200 acres reserved for future expansion. The first phase of construction has a capacity of 1.2 million square feet per month, and the second phase will double this capacity to 2.4 million square feet per month. The products mainly cover areas such as automotive electronics, notebooks (NB), communication networks, servers, switches, and energy. The investment budget is expected to be less than 1.2 billion RMB, with the first phase of construction expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. Construction is currently underway with great momentum.
